Hi, I'm Claudia

I help ambitious professionals develop the skills they need to learn how to lead themselves and others effectively.

My work is grounded in the belief that leadership starts within. When people develop clarity, emotional steadiness and a stronger internal foundation, they are able to lead their lives, relationships and work with greater intention.

Drawing from medicine, behavioral science, leadership theory and lived experience, I created EVOLVE to help capable people close the gap between where they are and the leader their future requires them to become.
